Hungary receives six months more access to loans from the IMF

Hungary has implemented the terms of the loan from the International Monetary Fund and the European Union and has negotiated with the Fund to extend access to current loan for six months - until October 2010. This was announced by Hungarian Finance Minister Peter Osko, said. In a separate release of the fund states that the extension of the current financial package aims to cover the period of elections in Hungary next year. IMF and EU grant to Hungary loan of 25.1 billion dollars in October last year.
